110-300-0345(4) During the complaint assessment it was reported to Licensor Bakowski from the teacher that she was on a tablet conducting research while supervising children. The director was also aware that the teacher was on the tablet while she was supposed to be supervising children. The teacher being on the tablet was during a time when active supervision was required as there was a blind spot in the classroom. 110-300-0345(3) During the complaint inspection it was reported to Licensor that the teacher was sitting down at a table with a group of children working on a tablet while she was supervising the classroom. The director and the teacher reported that the location in the classroom where the incident occurred had a blind spot. In addition, the teacher was facing away from that blind spot making herself unavailable to redirect children involved in inappropriate play.
